3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

5. Platform-Specific Terms

5.1 AhotoEats

• Orders are subject to vendor acceptance and availability
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Food safety and quality are vendor responsibilities
• Customers must be present to receive deliveries

5.2 AhotoCare

• Platform facilitates connections but does not provide medical advice
• Healthcare providers are independent professionals
• Medical emergencies should contact emergency services (193)
• Prescriptions require valid authorization

5.3 AhotoAgents

• Agents must complete training and verification
• Agents represent Mpontuo and must maintain professional standards
• Commission structures are subject to change

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept mobile money, bank cards, and cash on delivery (where available). Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

6.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined case-by-case based on specific circumstances. Contact support@mhtechghana.com for refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our platforms are owned by Mpontuo or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Create derivative works

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Mpontuo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services
• We are not responsible for third-party actions or content

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mpontuo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any rights of third parties
• Your content or conduct

11. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Force majeure events
• Third-party service disruptions

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings.

12.2 By Mpontuo

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Pose security or legal risks
• Remain inactive for extended periods

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, contact us to attempt informal resolution.

13.2 Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ghana, except where prohibited by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our platforms or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
